Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Products and inventory

Grand Resale is a consignment and resale store. Inventory changes daily and items are sold as-is. All sales are final unless otherwise posted. Product descriptions and photos are for reference only; please inspect items in person before purchasing.

Pricing

Prices are set at the time an item is placed on the sales floor and are subject to change. We do our best to price fairly and accurately, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct the price before completing a sale.

Consignment

Consignment acceptance is based on current store needs and item condition. All consignment arrangements are made in person or by phone. Terms for consignors are discussed at the time items are accepted.

Limitation of liability

Grand Resale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of store merchandise. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
